fine to put out my thought here .Everyone mentality will not be same and if they make any cutoff in the salary, Some may accept it and they will be dedicated for the company and some may not be like that, the level of their contribution to the company will be less from that instant onwards. But i am not supporting the layoff blindly.We have to find some other way to cross this situation. If my words hurt anyone sorry, its just my view

Yes sir and according to me before the TNA (Training Need Analysis) we have to find out the Performance Appraisal in order to go for the TNA. If an organization is having a perfect PDA Structure and reports then i think its easy to move with other aspects. i think the improvement after training can be calculated, it depends upon the Industry where they are.

Sir i am very much interested to learn about the topic, if you found any flaw in my sentence please intimate me to know about that.
