1. Mr. Subramnyam was an HR Manager of Niccom communication Mr. Atul Nigam was a supervisor of the production department. The management of Niccom communication decided to conduct training for the employees on improving productivity\. Mr. Subramanyam was a good friend of Mr. Atul and thus asks him to get his friends for the Training to be organized. Mr. Atul gets five of 10 of his close friends from then department for the training. Is there any wrong in the whole scenario? Identify the ideal process for the organization to make effective training.
I'm assuming this is a theoretical scenario. If it is a real situation then the observers interpretation of events would have to be questioned first. Also this would not be the right way to present the problem.

No TNA (Training Needs Analysis), that means the people most in need of the training might not get it. There will be no way to demonstrate improvement after training and therefore no ROI (Return On Investment).
Also this method of selection would demonstrate excessive favouritism within the dept. Entrenched Nepotism within the organisation and suggests a lack of strategic thinking within the organisation, at least as far as training is concerned.
Organisations which operate in this way rarely get any value out of their training.

Yes sir and according to me before the TNA (Training Need Analysis) we have to find out the Performance Appraisal in order to go for the TNA. If an organization is having a perfect PDA Structure and reports then i think its easy to move with other aspects. i think the improvement after training can be calculated, it depends upon the Industry where they are.
Sir i am very much interested to learn about the topic, if you found any flaw in my sentence please intimate me to know about that.
Thank you sir
