Calling a girl a "babe" is just like slapping someone without any reason and no one will tolerate this. Especially, working on a corporate platform like this where the people are connected to seek and provide help to others, this should be strictly condemned by all the girls out there. As we have many x,y,z sites to discuss all unprofessional and indecent stuff but not the professional sites like this which are indeed very less in number.

So, not only this word but many words which are exchanged amongst boys in different situations also should be restricted mandatorily as a girl sitting around may feel uncomfortable though she isnt involved in it.

I request you all guys n girls to strictly oppose this to bring high level of profesionalism in your work.
