Mangalore Chemical & Fertilizers Ltd., Gwalior Rayons Ltd., Bells Controls Ltd., Hindustan Powerplus Ltd. (Caterpillar USA), Wipro Infotech Ltd., BPL Telecom Ltd., Associated with -Futureschools – Education Consultant, Director - AshPri Consulting & Services Pvt. Ltd. Free lance HR Consultant. Currently General Manager - HR with Supply Chain Consultants Pvt. Ltd. Heading this business and the area of focus is on SCM & Logistics.

Contributions have been in the areas setting up green field projects, HR Services, Designing of HR Products, Training and Consulting.
