Hi,

I guess its 1 of d best topics i have got so far.

Friends, I believe this topic needs to be perceived in a macro sense.

For example, I started my career handling IT recruitment for India.

My Passion towards Recruitment has brought me to a stage, where after 7 years i am heading the Global Recruitment for Geo's such as India, USA, Canada, Uk, Europe, Australia.. to name a few

I have handled recruitment for technologies which can be simplest ones to the ones which only less than 10 people master across the globe.

Handled clients from a Offshoot It Arm to NASA.

In a professionally managed organization "RECRUITMENT CAN NEVER BE DEGRADED". Coz if it is degraded that means that organisation will not have quality hires.

From an individual perspective "RECRUITMENT CAN NEVER BE DEGRADED". Coz its not the EFFORT but the ATTITUDE towards your career which determines your CAREERPATH.

Recruitment function is very vital and vast for an individual and a company. Few loose talks from not so serious individuals will not degrade its importance.
