Any type of complaint, concern, injustice or wrong related to work or the
work environment. A grievance may come from an action, behavior,
situation or decision which the person feels is unfair or
unjustified and grievance procedures to assist you resolve those concerns.
This is a good question.

In my Personal view

It all depends on the talent, mindset and exposure of the individual. Qualification stands next to it. Its very important that the individual should have a flavor of HR - a service mind set, with skills to implement what he feels that as a HR you can do.

Talent helps u in strategies, exposure gives u confidence in handling day to day issues, mind set keeps ur employee's and Hr relations smoother way, knowledge tells you what all a HR can do.

So if i am hiring a HR professional, I will look at these factors during the interview not the qualification.

But it also changes from company to company.

In Generic view.. Most of the companies prefer Branded. Most of the Corporates feel that MBA graduate is Branded and remaining are Assembled... Sorry if it hurts. but its the fact.

So its better to have one.
