Hi, Can any one help me out as what exactly Grievance Management deals with. What exactly it is and how to go about with it....
Any type of complaint, concern, injustice or wrong related to work or the
work environment. A grievance may come from an action, behavior,
situation or decision which the person feels is unfair or
unjustified and grievance procedures to assist you resolve those concerns.
