Hi Swapna,
There are many cases on which we terminate the employees.
The general case will be the absconding cases, and further violating the HR Policies
Am attaching the general case termination wherein i given two prior warning letters to the absconding cases and later if the employee doesn't respond to the warning lettes i send a termination.
Let me know if you have any doubts in this.

Hi Deepak,
Impressed by your speech, but i have a doubt, will the MBA Degree really doesnot matter when you go higher and higher in once carrer.
My education background is B.Tech (IT).....but i has lots of intrest in HR so jumped in this field,.........
am a HR - Executive in an MNC...i handle the entire Hyderabad Branch of our company...my profile is totally a generalist HR profile.......i handle Recruirments, advice payroll, appraisals (confirmations and annual both), competency mapping, PF withdrawals, medi claims, employee relations, corporate communiccation, conducting fun at work.....etc......
Now that its a small company i got good experience of all the core HR work......but if i really want to move to a BIG branded company...they will screen totally based on education background......
as i was handling the entire 400+ employee, i got good experience....but still will that be sufficient...
then how could i support my self.......
