does work life balance have any relation with employee engagement?
Hi Neenu,
Yes Definitely it is related to Employee Engagement. According to galap's Employee engagement program, it is related and it affects Professional life. we should not involve our personal life and professional one but we can't help it ... it automatically happens... I do not have much Knowledge about this. So, if i m wrong Somewhere then pls Make me correct...

Absolutely not!
Work life balance and Employee Engagement , both are totally different things.
One side where Work-Life balance is lying under psychometrics practice and on other side Employee Engagement is an activity to give feeling of ownership to the workforce of any organization/compnay towards the Employer/organization/company.
Plz feel free to ask if any clarification.
