Hi,



I want suggestions on how to proceed with the sourcing strategy for the below scenario:



Your requirement is very niche. There are only finger count technical people with these skills. This is a recurring requirement and you sources have exhausted. You are done with your referrals, job portal searches, googling, networking, career sites, social sites. But your business manager has more positions to close. how do you solve this?



Pls post your suggestions.

The only solution is to get people who are having 70-80% knowledge of the skills and train them in the specific skills. Also have a agreement signed by them thaht after the triaining they would serve the company of atleast 12 months.
