At the time of interview two questions are generaly asked ie:

Q.What are your Strength and Weeknesses( both personal and preffesional ).



what are the right answers to these question because we generally get confused answering such questions because while answering such question applicant get scared that what would be the reaction of the interviewer after answering , would it impact positive or negetive and so on , finally applicant get confused and do not answer properly.



Can anyone help me out ?
