Hi All,

I am looking for a format of enforceable employeement agreement for onjob trainees we have hired. We will train them in certain technologies and thats why we want to bound them by agreement.

Please help me its is urgent.

Hi Rashee,

I understand the organisation gives very specific training, but you can't make employees comply for the agreement. The only way you can retain them is "employee relations"

Hi Manohar,

Thanks for your reply!! I understand that employment contract is not very helpful to retain trainees but my MD wants me to frame an strict agreement as he is ready to file a suit against the defaulters. I have to do what my boss says. So I am looking certain formats
