Job description Internal HR Generalist & Admin

This profile entails a wide set of responsibilities. It involves handling of general office administration and responsibilities. Routine Internal HR processes of 50 employees including payrolls, Paper formalities, induction, appraisals and exit. Of an HR Research & Advisory firm.

Duties & Responsibilities

The person will be responsible for handling smooth execution of HR Process as well as Administration tasks.

Responsible for the implementation and ongoing maintenance of all office policies and procedures.

Responsible for the scheduling of office volunteers in a timely manner to ensure appropriate coverage to assist staff and daily operation of organization

Delegate responsibility to appropriate staff and volunteers to ensure that the day-to-day functions and assigned projects are carried out.

The ability to select, develops, and creates a positive environment. The ability to resolve problems quickly and effective and determining appropriate courses of action flexible and have well developed interpersonal skills

Occasionally called upon o work overtime or odd schedules.

Skills & Specifications

Good communication skills and command over professional writing skills.

Must excel in personal interactions with the staff and volunteers at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

MBA (HR) from a recognized college/university

Min 1-2 years of work experience as HR Generalist profile.
