Can someone plz help me in designing an intresting and value adding training program on TEAM WORK

Dear Priya,
I remember there was a forum on management games etc. you can get a support from some management games to include in the training you are willing to provide. Designing a training program is a hard work and has to think a lot. If you can send me what is you have done yet, I can contribute to develop it. But designing takes a long time. That’s why my response is not successful for your request.
Also you can fing a lot of similar forums in hrlink. try.
