In shop and Establishment act SL will carry forwarded to next year?

Hi Pandi.
According to my knowledge(Based on Seniors answer) Sick leave is carry forward for next year but depends on Company policy.Some companies are not followed silk leave policy.
According to Indian Leave policy:
Accumulation
• There is no accumulation or carry forward of Sick Leave.
Encashment
• Sick leave cannot be encashed or adjusted against notice pay at the time of separation.
