Senior Compensation Analyst reports to Head- HR



Uses analytical and pragmatic skills to ensure the organisation compensation programs are market competitive, cost effective and aligned with the organisation's people strategy to attract, retain and motivate the talent needed to meet its business objectives.



Responsibilities:

• Perform staff support activities to develop, implement and administer compensation programs and practices.

• Participate in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information in order to determine company's competitive position.

• Work with regional management and HR staff to ensure market peer groups are established and periodically validated for key functions in most major geographies.

• May audit jobs from time to time to ensure proper FLSA classification (or other country-specific equivalent) or appropriate matching to region-appropriate compensation data.

• Provide input to regional HR staff regarding proposed individual pay adjustments.

• May prepare special studies and recommendations on subjects such as regional or country-specific merit budgets, incentive compensation, bonus plans, sales compensation or stock options.

• Includes administration of both domestic and international programs.

• Ensure all HR-related data is accurately and securely maintained.

• Ensure regional, job-specific market data is maintained in Oracle HRDB.

Requirements:



• Strong ability to benchmark positions to market, analyze data and make sound recommendations regarding pay programs, budgets and individual pay rates.

• Experience with compensation surveys - data submission, interpreting data, trends and comparing pay benchmarks across surveys.

• AON/Radford Survey and Tech industry experience a plus.

• Exceptional excel skills; working knowledge of Access or similar database programs.

• Experience connecting compensation programs with performance management practice.

• International experiences a plus.
