How to do Salary Survey. Is there any portal available where we can get the current salary details for Software Industry.

HI,

On portal like Monster, Naukri you will get only current CTC, but not it's break
up. But you can do mapping of any particular software company and chek with their vendors or outsourcing partners.

Thats correct. Thats why telling you do mapping with their vendors or outsourcing partners. Bcoz must have all the salary details of that particular
candidate which they have placed in that particular software company (client)
U just tried once, you will get the result.

Hi better you outsource to 3rd party companies who can give detailed and realistic data... then believing in portals which may not have adequate data or it takes more time for you to search and compile the data..
