Dear All,
can you pls send me salary structure how do you follow in your organization. Structure on the basis of CTC annual and Monthly also i want to know what are the % we can / should fix as fixed components and what the % we can fix as variable components ( this will be depends on company profit and team performance ) if you have standard excel format plsz.send me to ashishsonkar@indiatimes.com.com

Actually the Basic salary should be caluclated on the company decission...in some companies mostly 40% is basic on monthly salary and 40% is HRA on monthly salary and other allowances (convey and spl.allow) are 20%.in some companies the Basic is 25% and 15% of HRA, convey 10% and others are 50%..These all are different from one to another company....
mainly most of the companies are deducted the deductions like below:
PF:12%
ESI:1.75%(EMPLOYEE)and 4.75%(EMPLOYER)
PT:5001-6000:60
6001-10000:80
10001-15000:100
15000-20000:150
20000 AND ABOVE 200 /-
TDS:According to finance department
OTHER ALLOWANCES: Based up on the company norms.
Actually i just joined as a hr trainee,i am telling u what i know.so is there any mistakes please execuse my suggessions
