Can anyone provide me the details of what are the salary slabs and increment slabs for the HR department in your industry or any other industries you know.

There no compulsion to reveal you company name but pls do let me know the location

Can anyone provide me this information for IT industry. As i need to tell me boss that even an HR in the IT industry has the right to get a good salary and increment.
