Job Description:



As the HR Leader, build an organization that delivers on the objectives of the organization, create and manage a human resource model that promotes an excellent work Environment and Culture through acquisition and retention of highly talented individuals.

Key Responsibilities shall include:



Defining the HR strategy, goals and policies

Staffing and recruiting employees for the organisation

Employee Engagement, Communication and Retention

Training & Development

Driving Productivity & Performance Management





Experience:



- 8+ years experience in Human Resources.

- The candidate should have experience of working in a large road transport organisation.

- Should have handled all gamuts of HR from hiring, induction to training and development.

- Should currently be working with a large Transport organisation/ Bus Operator / Radio Cab industry or Car Rentals.



Compensation: Competitive, depending on experience.



About the organization : A private operator that has received the License to operate a fleet of Buses in Delhi. The organization expects to be able to replicate this model across India in the coming years.
