Hello Every body,
I am tanuja doing my MBA and want help of HR's to learn many things..
As I am doing my MBA I need some topics for my management thesis so pls suggest some HR topics which can help me in doing my project.

References must evolve or they will die. Up until a few years ago they were nothing more than names and numbers of people who would speak well about you and were usually a waste of time. With the intro of anyone etc getting references is much easier which is good and bad. Good- You can find people from your past. Bad- People may feel obligated to write about you even if they do not want to. Any good recruiter can read references and see which fluffs are and which are meaningful. A single place to store them is certainly a great idea, but as a HR Professional a written reference will never replace a face to face or phone conversation that allows me to probe and gain clarification.
