Hi All

i recently joined a start up comapny as HR executive which locates in hyderabad and now have to register for Profesional tax. i want to understand about professioanl tax and its registartion procedure in Andhra Pradesh(Hyderabad).Its fee.and form to fill it and where the filled in forms has to be sent.Could u guys please help me out about P.T in detail

Hi,

I know about mumbai you can have a look.

Professional Tax:

Professional Tax
Salary Slab Deduction
2500 - 5000 120
5001 & 10000 below 175
10000 & above 200

Professional tax for all the employees who fit in the 10000 & above slab should be INR 2500.00 annually.

Slab (on gorss only) Rate
Rs.50001-6000 60
Rs.6001-10000 80
Rs.10001-15000 100
Rs.15001-20000 150
Rs.20000 and above 200
