yes,what priyanka says is exactly right.but in real time some companies are collecting the employer share along with the employee contribution.How far it is correct that the two contributions (P.F) can we deduct from employee's salary (CTC concept)?

In general scenario,ven u r in one stream automatically u vil get oppurtunities for the same u hav.but u search for openings in core HR activities.like payroll ,admn,statutory,training and devt,time mgmt etc.if u tried in the beginning it could be better for u to udstd the things.u better go for companies ver the oppurtunity is held on.ok

yes you are right.I too heard so many companies paying more than the double .they think that only top cadre employees are working hardly for the company.This is very innocent.y the companies are ot focusing on low level management?
