Dear Priyanka,

As you have already done MBA, u might have good subjective knowledge about Performance Appraisal, Employee Relations, Recruitments, Induction and Exit formalities etc.

Make a resume with HR-Executive designation and showcase whatever the responsibilities you have carried out in current Organization as HR-Generalist responsibilities. Interact with other HR-Professionals and try to gain practical knowledge. Ask them how each and every activity goes in practical. Then add your knowledge and ideas to it. Now you are ready with good knowledge. Update your profile with HR-Generalist responsibilities. I am sure you can receive calls.

If you want to apply for any job, first go through the job description. Then u will have a clear idea about the job. Then u can make a CV according to the employer requirements. Send that CV to Recruiter. Just prepare yourself before you attend the interview.

Any thing you require, do not hesitate to reach me on krishnacallme@gmail.com

Get in touch always...So that we can share knowledge and opportunities..........

As you have done your MBA- HR , You have good knowledge in the concept of HR, Just undergo with various gamut of HR operations.
It would be good if you join with consultants as the experience level is very high with the consultant or share some experience with an freelancer who had already worked on various aspects of HR gamut.

There is nothing apart from that u have to prepare for HR Job.

But start with the conceptual level, Predetermine what is really good for your career and the rest would be your hard work.
