Hi All,
In huge industry, we see job seekers using different formats for thier resumes.Even the font styles, the look of the resumes each is of a type.Is there any general format for a resume(with font style,presentation) that is normally preferred?

As per my knowledge i don't think we have a standard format including font style and size.....
In our organization we have designed an application form which captures the details in the format we want. This form is filled by the candidate when he is scheduled for an interview.
Most of the organizations do have a form of their own.
