Organisation Structure in IT Company.

Dear Friends,
I want to redesign the Organisational Structure in my company. I am working with IT company.
Following is the structure, please check this & give me your Inputs on this. So that I can design it in better way.
If possible please share other IT companies structure.
Chief Technology Officer
Program Manager Development [11 years]
Lead Software Architect [9 - 11 years]
Software Architect [7 - 9 years]
Lead Software Engineer [5 - 7years]
Sr. Software engineer [3- 5 years]
Software Engineer [1- 3 years]
Jr. Software Engineer [0 - 1 years]
Trainee Software Engineer (Project Trainees) [-6 months]

Please find the Organization Structure with respect to an IT Company below, i think it will be better that u can remove"Jr.Software Engineer".After Probation period u can confirm your employee as "Software Engineer-Development or Testing Stream".

Delivery Manager(Onsite & Offshore Managers)
Project Manager
Project Lead
Sr. Software Analyst
Software Analyst
Team Lead
Sr. Software Engineer
Software Engineer
Software Engineer Trainee(Probation Period-6months)
This is my input to you, let us wait for Sr. People inputs on the same, then you can reconcile on the same.

yes above structure is good and fine for financial purpose and vary easy to handle and to give pressure for work. if you want to requite vary good candidates for this place then just give email id.
