Key Responsibilities





· Provides HR support for Manufacturing Operations though implementation of HR strategies.

· Drives the employee communication and employee engagement activities.

· Drives continuous improvement & high performance work culture environment.

· Drives recruitment and selection processes for operations

· Performs operational activities in the area of training and employee relations.

· Partners directly with employees, managers, and business leaders to resolve HR issues.

· Performs labour welfare activities



Knowledge & Skills-



· Demonstrates a basic understanding of key HR areas, including recruiting, training, organizational development, labor relations, legal issues, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.

· Business acumen

· Build relationship with personnel internally & externally

· Coach and develop personnel





Education and Experience-



· MSSW / MBA (HR) from recognised university/institution

· 5 to 8 years of relevant HR experience

· Manufacturing industry exposure is preferable.
