Position -: HR Executive

Qualification - : MBA full time (from reputed institute)

Location -: Hyderabad / Bangalore

Preferably male from Retail / Service industry background

Females ok if they are willing to travel across south region.





•Handling HR operations for divisions

•Involved in end to end recruitment process for professional across levels.

•Conducting Induction of all employees.

•Completing the reference checks for selected candidates.

•Responsible for maintenance of the entire MIS for employees keeping a proper check on the personnel files, proper documentation and other necessary relevant formalities for all the employees.

•Responsible for on-line processing which includes attendance & payroll mapping.

•Maintaining leave track records and handling leave management system for employees.

•To ensure statutory compliances as per various govt. laws (PF, ESI)

•Responsible for handling all agencies, consultants and vendors.

•Involved in R&R activities.

•Involved in activating performance appraisal.

•Responsible for negotiating with candidates on salary and Date of joining.

•Involved in employee engagement and team building activities.

•Computing and taking care of full and final settlement responsibilities

•HRIS – monthly and weekly reports, MIS, head count reports, attrition analysis etc.

•Grievance handling, addressing concerns of employees, and recommend suitable course of action.



* Training & Development identification of Training needs both technical and behavioral training across functions and employee segments, Actualization of T & D plan and work in tandem with Corporate Training cell and Evaluation of T&D effectiveness.

* Implementation of employee rewards and recognition programs

* Franchisee HR Support by assisting in Recruitment & Selection and Training & Induction.
