Candidate with 1 -2yrs exp in ESI, PF, Statutory Compliance with good exposure in MS Excel.



Under ESIC



* Sending ESIC declaration forms to the concern office

* Follow-up with ESIC official for Temporary ID card & Permanent ID card

* Issuance of Form No 37 to direct employee

* Handling documentation towards ESIC leave payment – Form 28.

* Correspondence towards Name correction in ESI record

* Correspondence towards family members addition deletion - Form Old – 1B

* Coordinate with Accounts to prepare ESIC challans

* Keeping track of challans in the bank to produce along with monthly bill.

* Maintaining good relation with concerned authority.

* Handling compliance inspection/audit at clients place



Under PF



* Monthly Preparation & Sending Form II, Form 5, Form 10, 12A & Form 9 to PF official

* Follow-up with authority for withdrawal & queries against monthly & yearly returns.

* Issuance of PF number

* Handling documentation follow-up towards death case settlement.

* Correspondence towards Name correction in PF record

* Correspondence towards PF nominee addition deletion

* Coordinate with Accounts to prepare PF challans

* Keeping track of challans in the bank to produce along with monthly bill.

* Maintaining good relation with concerned authority.

* Handling compliance inspection/audit at clients place
