We are pleased to share that the NHRD Bangalore Chapter is hosting the 15TH National Conference at Bangalore from the 17th to the 19th of November, 2011. One of the topics being discussed at the Conference is “Voice of Youth”. A task force (called Team Navratan) consisting of youth is carrying out a study.



The Objective of the study is to understand the Perception of Youth regarding their Future Workplace. The study is being enabled through a Questionnaire, targeting young minds in the age group of 16-19 years, who are expected to enter in the work place in next 2 to 5 years. The results will be presented at the Annual National HRD Conference, November 17, 2011, Bangalore, India.



If you are the target respondent (that is, 16 – 19 years) we hope you will be willing to spare five minutes of your time to fill out this survey. This is an important research we are undertaking and your response will help us greatly. Please complete the questionnaire as soon as you can.



In case you are not between 16- 19 years, but you do receive this questionnaire and link, please do forward this email/ link to someone who is between 16-19 years with a request to him/her to complete the questionnaire.
