hi all
i hv recently joined education industry as HR exe.
i need help how to maintain relations wid my seniors ,peers and boss...

Hope doing well btw congrats 4 ur new job. Apart from Prabhakar's suggestion u also remember below mention points
1. Good listener
2. Always keep smile on ur face
3. Never say NO to seniors (Related office work)
4. Most important always try to learn from seniors (only good things)

Dear Reema,
Stay neutral to sensitive issues/matters.
Don't try to peep into personal matters in working hours & in office.
Don't get emotional for any kind of unexpected situations.
Keep equal distance with everybody and maintain uniform relationship as much as possible.
Last but most important of all "always remember..jealousy has no reason,maintain cordial relation with all your colleagues n don't give any chance to feel other jealous at you.
