Hi All,
Can anyone share his/her knowledge on how to create robust HR policy for an event company (INDIA) of maximum 10 employees?
Would really appreciate the inputs.

DOn't B panic on HR Policy.
Simply follow the folloing heads to create the same :
1. Company Profiel
2. Vision of the company
3. Employee Strength
4. Leave Policy
5. Performance Recognition Programme
6. Notice Period
7. Code of Conduct.
