Dear All
Can anyone help me out in providing some inputs, what all we should consider while preparing an HR Action plan for next quarter. Ours is a software company.

Pls let me know what are the areas that you are trying to prioritize and give more focus/Agenda on that.
*Manpower Budget---Revisiting on the actual requiremt/probable requirement analysis.
*Recruitment---what strategy's you wanted to adopt by minimizing cost with getting quality people onboard
Engagement activities---Planning for any new activities like outing/indoor games would startup or do any changes by taking feedback from team.
* Revise the Employee referral programme
*Training programmes by doing skill gap analysis
*Retention Plan
*Advancement/Revisiting all company policies and modifying changes according to the business requirements etc...

I recently joined a Software Company,which is a start up. Now we are planning to go for NASSCOM membership,as part of registration we are supposed to Submit a business plan/Project Report.
Can you please help out by sharing few inputs in preparing a business plan and any templates relating to software company.
