I am Ruchit M Radia. I have recently Joined HR.in and presently pursuing MBA-HR and also want to eagerly pursue career in HR Field.so i need assistance from you all experienced people in guinding me and helping me in fetching a Good Jog in HR field as so. i hope you will do that.
