motivation works like an enzyme or a catalyst ,which is required of getting fast,completed reaction to the inputs provided for giving meaningful,worth output.well these lines may seem li'l bit crzy but thats wht i feel,
even a simple good works out sometime frm ur boss when U show hime the draft ..
people may be movivated by same factors all the time,A supervisor or an Hr should take this thing into account when bringin motivation into action.
generally there are three kinds of people,like achievers who feels the need for achieving soemthing,give them a challeging task and say its difficult they will ought to do it before tthe stipulated time.they jus strive to succeed.
then there are people whose needs are need for Power they like more responsibitlites being given,more span to control,the last is need for affialaition which is the desire for friendly and close interpersonal relationships..
based on the above the need for motivation can be decided..
wel thts wht came into mins when i saw the topic,,if wantd more do tel me
