motivation works like an enzyme or a catalyst ,which is required of getting fast,completed reaction to the inputs provided for giving meaningful,worth output.well these lines may seem li'l bit crzy but thats wht i feel,
even a simple good works out sometime frm ur boss when U show hime the draft ..
people may be movivated by same factors all the time,A supervisor or an Hr should take this thing into account when bringin motivation into action.
generally there are three kinds of people,like achievers who feels the need for achieving soemthing,give them a challeging task and say its difficult they will ought to do it before tthe stipulated time.they jus strive to succeed.
then there are people whose needs are need for Power they like more responsibitlites being given,more span to control,the last is need for affialaition which is the desire for friendly and close interpersonal relationships..
based on the above the need for motivation can be decided..

well tel me a thing does the current employer knows tht u r leaving the job?if he knws abt it then ask him to giv a service certificate mentioning ur date of joining to last service day.
if ur employer doesn knw tht u r leaving the job,just ask him to give a employment letter stating tht u r currently working there and even ur salary ,tell him tht u wan this letter for soem bank loan purpose ,he will issue u.ok

ask him what they want as proof?
i think that confirmation letter,service certificate,salary details or payslips of last 6mnths are enough to prove that u were working under a particular employee.can you wait til moday,wil get soem more information ok.

well for what purpose you need the proof of employement??
whether u want it for some bank loan urpose then the service certificate on your company letterhead which can be taken from your employer stating that you are the employee of that particular organisation,even mentioning your annual salary is one way of showing that u r a working presently.other wise for the proof of experience,payslips,releiving letter(if it has been given)or even the appointment letter generally confirmation letter can be showed to the required person when asked to confirm ur employement.
