Dear All,

If anyone can help me to make format for manpower planning.



We are working on contractual basis more than 1500 employees on different projects & maintenance contracts. We have to provide the manpower as per contract. All the time there will be shortage and employees will be on leave, etc. How to monitor daily or plan the manpower. I need template or any format or formula.
