In todays global scenario is it really possible to manage a trusting relationship in an organisation between an employer and an employee..what is your opinion about it

Relationship Management has been an integral part of any Business process.It's only based on the relationship that you share with your business partners you develop a strong understanding with them. The same principle applies even at work place, one should always try to maintain healthy working relations with everyone around.
