Could any body throw some light on management levels i.e. how are they derived, parameters they are derived from (Based on salary or designations). And any other which you feel worth knowing. Thanks in advance.

Hi Hephzibah!
There are no hard and fast parameters for deriving Management levels in an organization. It all depends on the requirement of your organization and you can always derive them first by virtue of their job descriptions and reporting structures. If they are in line then it will be easier to fix up hierarchical levels. If you want more information please elaborate what you are exactly looking for and for what kind of organization it is required.
Cheers!
Pradeep
