Roles & Responsibilities :
Co-ordinating with Consultants to drive the OD Projects as per a clear predetermined plan
Supplement Head of OD in explaining to the Line Management the intent, Objectives benefits , plan of each intervention and mobilising support
Organizing and conducting surveys/Interviews/Assessment exercises and analysing the results of the survey and reporting it to the Head,OD.
Monitoring progress/motivating / helping different Cross Functional teams towards achievement of OD Objectives
Deciding on the different modes of deployment of initiatives customised to business in consultation with Head OD ,Successfully deploying the tool/methods in different lines of business by helping them understand the specific benefits of the proposed tool.
Carying out OD Implementation assessments by doing the internal audit of the systems and Processes,analysing the important trends.
Developing awareness on all OD initiatives on the floor by organizing sessions.
Competencies
Good Conceptual Knowledge of Core HR and Various OD Interventions .
Experience in driving any of some of the initiatives like P-CMM, Competency Mapping , Assessment Centres, Climate Surveys in a large organisation
Good in MS Office esp ; Powerpoint/ Excel and MS Projects
Excellent Communication and articulation skills
High in building cohesive and collaborative work relationships
Have experience driving cross functional project
Qualification :
MBA with around 5-8 years of experience
