Hi All,



I am looking for a HR Executive in IT Recruitment .Coordinating manpower planning, Recruitment, Selection, induction, induction training, & ensuring cultural fit. Handling recruitment-resume short listing, Interviewing, Final negotiation documentation, preparing Offer Letter & Appointment Letter. Identifying training needs & ensuring measurability & effectiveness across the organization.
