Can any one just tell me Leave Encashment policy under shops & Establishment Act , Delhi ?

As per Shops and Estd Act of Delhi - 2011, below is info for your ref.

Every person employed in an establishment shall be entitled
(a) 15 days of privilege leave for one year of service with the company.
(b) 12 days of sickness or casual in an year. (Section.22)

Could you please help me out with Leave Encashment Policy under Delhi shops & Establishment Act. What is the provision and how many leaves a person is entitled to encash?
