Guys need your inputs to support all the poeple who are losing the jobs in the recession. Can we stretch helping hand and help them.

My input: If you can share the openings you have in your Org with requirments then I feel it will help many to get the job as I feel this is the right forum as we all are well connected.

Good idea!

As it is there are many jobs that don't get advertised in the newspapers and the job sites. The internal vacancies can be put up by members here.

Also, since we all here to help each other we can refer the ones who need a job to our companies.

Hope people pitch in with their companies' internal vacancies!

Good Thought Ravindra... its worth a try to put up all the ads here... but i jus hope people dnt start responding to each advertisement and then it would be a difficult to search through al the replies...

Right, we need to help them as a HR professionals.

You can give my reference to all SAP professionals, will try to help them as my best as i'm into SAP recruitment.

It will be help in bothe the ways, they will get a job as well as to us.
