Dear all

Im working as Sr Executive -HR for a reputed manufacturing company.

We are recruiting people from top notch institutes(ISB,IIM etc),and we all know induction plays a vital role in employee retention,in this regards we want to design a robust induction programme...

So i need help and valuable inputs from all of you
