program, establishing salary ranges for each grade, managing annual salary revision
exercise through surveys, analysis of positioning & budget development, developing
salary & benefits administration policies, communicating compensation programs to
employee and management and making changes periodically, as necessary.

Pre Requisites
Overall experience of about 6 years post PG of which atleast last 4 years in C&B plan
designing and implementation across geographies with extensive knowledge of US
geography. Experience in understanding and analyzing the effectiveness and
competitiveness of existing compensation programs and model potential impact of
alternatives
Responsibilities
• Work closely with Regional/Global International Assignments Team to effectively
manage and administer within expatriate policy and procedures.
• Identify remuneration priorities for relevant region based on business context,
local legislation and global remuneration priorities.
• Provide expertise advice and assistance to Business HR groups on compensation
and benefits issues arising from the functional group.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and alignment with competitive
market practices.

• To work as leader of the US Regional Remuneration Team and plan, develop and
design efficient & effective remuneration plans for the region.
• Support Business Leaders and Regional HR on regional compensation and
benefits trends, practices and regulatory issues. Provide compensation and
benefits support to all groups located within the geography.
• Analyze internal compensation visa‐vis with the market compensation and
recommend appropriate compensation strategy following the survey period
• Continually evaluate compensation policies and recommend overall employee
compensation and benefit strategies to ensure internal equity and external
competitiveness.
• Engage compensation consultants to carry out Compensation and Benefits
surveys across various geographies/levels
• Work closely with C &B Manager to establish and maintain Global Role
Framework.
