Naukri is best, but coming to some concerns; people are now unable to manage the updates being sent by naukri and in such a process many important updates like a real job posting is being ignored or over looked.
In that way, the response we receive from naukri is less and mostly they are irrelevant as the people just apply without reading the complete classified.
Its not the case only with naukri but with Monster also, but relatively monster is more reliable..
I hope i am not wrong..

I am an initial user of hrlink.in
From my perspective, i would recommend you to make sure that all things that are posted are being replied by other members and if not replied by any atleast someone on your part should take initiative and make replies.
I am recommending this as i am not much fond of practical HR Experience and continuously surf your website (Forums) to know what are the things that i can learn but many a times when i found something to be interesting i see that is not at all responded.
It would be of greater help if you can check for a greater possibility and make sure that if the topic posted is good enough they are being at least responded

You are absolutely right saying appraisal to be a big thing..
however increments are do part of appraisals. and i might be happy if i could know on a whole of the structural formulation of things / performance/ activities made by the employees into one single document and use it for reference purpose.
This is my first time looking after appraisals and formulating stratergies in organisation based on employee performances. Such that it would be of greater help if you can put some light on the whole part as well.

First of all, i would like to thanks Mr. Senthilmasinikumar for his prompt response.
In response to your reply:
Nature of the Business : software company in tier II city
Nature of the work(Employee) : Developers.
And also we are fixed up that one employee unless and until to be very extra ordinary will not receive more than 40% of increment. The increment value is on the complete salary and not only on the basics.. If an employee is drawing 5000 or 25000 also, it shall not exceed 40%(given only to full fledged, having no drawbacks).
So, do i consider 40 % as the complete value? Then how can i set %age of deductions/ additions for small to big things of the employees..

The words in this post are very closer to reality.
In the professional life, with lots of stress being in it; one would always feels sophisticated and the decisions, emotions, reactions taking place will not always be positive and supportive.
With this post, atleast one can come to know how they used to be & how they can be more better..
