Please find attached the HR tasks List which can help us keep track of our tasks while performing HR Functions. Hope it helps everyone, do suggest if any enhancements are to be made.

In addition to performance appraisal as pointed out by raghav you may have to add career planning or succession planning also, if possible.
nevertheless it's quite helpful and thnx for sharing.
