Position: Human Resource Manager
Job Purpose: Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Job Duties:
• You will be managing all aspects of a HR Generalist/Manager role.
• Responsible for End to End Recruitment process, Training& Development, Performance Appraisal, Statutory compliance, Travel & Accommodation, Record attendance and checking attendance register Payroll process, preparing offer/appointment and various other letters and issue them to employees, studying performance of the employees and motivate them and preparing various MIS
Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
• Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource laws.
• Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Skills Required:
• Excellent English language skills.
• The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
• Great presentation and problem solving skills
• Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office etc.
• A high level of confidentiality
• Highly flexible and willingness to learn
• Enjoy working with people and ability to work as a team
• Good administrative skills - able to overview many things at the same time
Education:
UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG - MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, HR/Industrial Relations
Experience: 5+ Years

Handling end to end recruitment cycle
Coordinate with existing and new clients for their staffing need fulfilment,
Experience on major job portals
Knows the critical positions and close them in a deadline time.
Passionate about targets.
Having good knowledge on PF,ESI, Etc.,
Experince: 1-2 Years
