We are currently having immediate openings for HR Manager for one of our Hyderabad Branch.
Job description :
Role : HR Manager
Job Function: A Leadership role with responsibility for Planning, Implementation and Management of the policies and controls associated with vCentric. across Pan India. The role requires active participation in driving the process, procedures, controls and reporting of the workforce, through a dedicated team of professionals. This role includes engagement with key Delivery Leaders and Internal departments; Governance of the Contingent workforce; and managing day-to-day Operations.
The job requires a positive, consultative approach, ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on, high-energy environment, with multiple priorities and deliverables, and a passion for driving metrics, reports and performance data for evaluating program effectiveness.
Required Skills:
Post Graduate degree preferably in HR from a reputed institute, with 6 to 8 years work experience in IT organisations
Prior exposure to Contingent Workforce Management, Staffing or Human Resources functions is highly preferred.
High level of initiative and ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Strong analytical and project management skills, with leadership, integrity and ethics
Demonstrated track record of process and performance improvements projects
Proficiency with MS Office is mandatory.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Develop and implement strategies to drive cost reductions, supplier consolidation, service delivery improvements, process efficiencies, risk mitigation and standardization
Implement change management strategies to ensure client acceptance and enhance adoption of initiatives that contribute to the program's long-term success
Conduct market research and benchmarking efforts to identify current trends and best practices pertaining to contingent workers
