My friend is already doing good business in real estate industry and wants to expand now,wherein he wants to have fixed inflows of liquid cash unlike fluctuations in real estate.He wants to set up the Payroll process division also in his existing office space only.

He is already in touch with CS for the same purpose but wants to know in detail as to how the process goes in payroll.He is an MBA graduate with specalisation in marketing and has experience in filed Insurance and real estate.He has no idea about internal process of HR and thus wants to explore on the same now.
